Communication skills are how you to talk to people. To have communication skills, you have to listen to the other person. You have to understand body language and look into their eyes. You have to give the person respect while their talking. Make sure that you don't walk away while they are talking. Reply back and don't get distracted. To develop these skills in high school, start with small talk like 'hi' or 'how are you doing?' Another way to develop these skills to rehearse on what you are going to say. You also need to make sure that you listen and understand the person and make sure that you reply back to let the person know that you are listening. Interpersonal skills are life skills that we use every day to communicate with other people. In a workplace you have to use these skills. For example, make sure that you are responsible with your job that you were assigned by your boss. an example of interpersonal skills is that work in a group when your boss tells you to. You need to be cooperative. When you are talking with your boss make sure that you understand what he is saying and interact with him. To develop these skills in high school, be cooperative when you are in a group. Interact with other that are in your group and understand what they are saying. Do what your teacher tells you to do.
