Teamwork and Adaptability/flexibility
Teamwork skills are how you work with a group of people. To develop these skills high school you have to help others, always do some of the work, and don't let your group do all of the work. Do no slack off in group work. An example, of these skills in a workplace is that you participate in a brain storm meeting and tell everybody what your idea is for the company. Another example is that you can switch shifts with an employee to give that person time off away from work. When you have a to finish a project by a deadline work with your group instead of slacking off and letting your group do all of the work. Adaptability and flexibility skills are how successfully you adapt to your environment. For example, in a workplace you might get assign another job and you have to be able to get use to that job and work successfully. In a workplace you need to be able to work when the priorities and the deadline changes. You must react quickly to the new environment and be able to find new solutions. In high school adapt to your new classmates. Get used to a new teacher and adapt to your problems that you have to face every day.
